I resisted reading this because I thought it might be an “angels, harps and heaven” piece — not that there’s anything wrong with that — but my own near-death experience was, like yours, more abstract and deeply profound. I’ve avoided writing about it because I didn’t want to dimish it or trivialize it or defend it. The meaning of life is to live. LOVE this. Thank you.
